| I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to Don Sisson for his help in finding and negotiating the home and income purchases of both projects in Manhattan and Hermosa Beach. He not only found the perfect properties and loans for our needs but provided us with private lenders who funded additional reconstruction financing. Without his professional guidance and knowledge I am sure that my projects would not have been as profitable or gone as smoothly.
I have moved to Calistoga, CA but plan to return to the South Bay area and I look forward to working with Don in the near future.
